Objectives of Personnel and Administration Department:

The primary objective of HOD Personnel & CSR is to excel the Project in creating an open, honest and high performing workplace with primary emphasis on duty, pride and passion.

  • Ensuring proper amount of skilled employee
  • Developing talent and upskilling employee capabilities
  • Lifting productivity and recognizing achievement
  • Improving company culture and employee experience
  • Encouraging good work culture
  • Monitoring ethical standards

Managing continuous & prominent place to live with state of art facilities such as schools, parks, gyms, recreation clubs, temples, shopping complex etc resulting in improvement of quality of life for the employees and other stake holders.

 

Objectives of CSR Department:

Enhancing the quality of life & economic well-being of the local communities. To generate, through its CSR activities, goodwill and pride for NMDC among stakeholders and help reinforce a positive & socially responsible image of NMDC as a corporate entity.
